Happy Viking battled headwinds by bringing a new product to a crowded Health CPG market. Additional hurdles included customer insight limitations after the iOS 14 privacy update, which made product sales more difficult..

Restructuring the storytelling funnel:
SVL assisted in restructuring storytelling within the account, emphasizing whitelisting and brand awareness. We included co-founder Venus Williams in retargeting creative and strengthened storytelling efforts by shifting the ad narrative to suit Top-of-Funnel audiences better. 

Creative testing kickoff:
Developed frequent and consistent ad iterations of proven-effective high-performers, such as UGC, video ads, testimonials, GIFs and more.

Implementing burgeoning ad strategies:
The inclusion of whitelisting, a process in which an influencer grants a brand partner advertising permissions, resulted in a near-instant 35% lift in volume.

Leveraging learnings:
Landing page testing continued the upward ad trajectory while evergreen offers powered the bottom line.


Brand Storytelling:
SVL incorporated the owner’s story, company mission, and brand values into creative through new creative and a “Founder’s Video.”
