Our Core Values

Everything that we do — from hiring to growth marketing — are based in our 4 Core Values.

Collaborative

“Stronger Together”

Our success as a company and as professionals is deeply rooted in our ability to work together as a highly functioning, communicative team. No matter how great any one individual may be at their jobs, they are only as good as their surrounding team members. We are committed to patiently working together in a supportive, open minded manner that helps lift each other up , especially in the darkest of hours.

  • Our mantra is that we are stronger together – and we inherently understand that we are only as strong as our weakest link. We celebrate each other’s successes by communicating through each other’s Appreciation Languages and we hold each other accountable when performance is below our standards. Everybody on the team plays a different role yet we understand that each of those roles contributes to the overall success of the team equally.

ANTI-VALUES: Individualistic, selfish, uncommunicative, close minded, unsupportive, unreliable, impatient, puts self before team, egotistical, mean spirited, inconsiderate, lacking empathy, disrespectful, fake, untrustworthy, deceitful, politically motivated, passive aggressive.

Ambitious

“Always Growing”

Here at Stealth we take pride in our thirst for learning because we know that it is in this thirst that lies our competitive advantage and our ability to change the world. We are self-starters who take the initiative to set ambitious goals — then without anyone asking — we hustle to do whatever it takes to achieve those goals. Our can-do attitude transcends into how we work with our clients and colleagues and permeates into our problem solving abilities.

Group 7469.png
  • We fundamentally believe that if we’re not growing, we’re dying. We do not rest on the accomplishments of the past, but rather pride ourselves in looking out on the horizon to conquer new challenges that lie ahead! We know that it is in our comfort zones that complacency creeps in and laziness takes over. So, therefore we take time each day, week, month and year to invest in our skill sets, examine our weaknesses and continue to “sharpen the saw” on our professional and personal abilities to be the best version of ourselves.

A Stealth Venture Labs team member is motivated to be better tomorrow than they are today — and pushes everyone around them to follow suit!

Our ambitious “always growing” mindset also powers our desire to make the world a better place through our business efforts. The old model of philanthropy of making tons of money and then figuring out how to give back is just simply dead with our generation. Here at Stealth, we build “cause” into our “Cost Of Goods Sold (or COGS)” and we encourage our clients to do the same. We use our day-to-day lives to make an impact in the world and contribute to the greater good. We work on ventures that are bigger than all of us, that make the world a better place, that help others with no agenda and that are filled with compassion. This manifests into what kind of projects we take on, ventures we start, people we hire and how we work with all those around us. It’s no longer acceptable to say “one day” when it comes to giving back – because that day is here and that time is now. We have ambitiously built social good into the DNA of our company – from how we structure health insurance plans to how we treat one another to how we use our marketing engine to create social impact — we could not exist as a company without our ambitious desire to make the world a better place!

In the end, happiness will not be solely defined by how much money we make, but rather by how much impact we’ve had on the lives of those around us.

ANTI-VALUES: Lazy, unmotivated, non-goal oriented, pessimistic, dependent on others, needs to be micromanaged, just enough is enough mentality, does not “sharpen the saw”, greedy, uncompassionate, selfish, mean spirited, disrespectful, manipulative

Playful

“Enjoy the Ride”

Laughter is the medicine for our soul… and here at Stealth we believe strongly that maintaining our sense of humor will help us make the good times more enjoyable and the trying times less heavy. We are serious about having fun, staying upbeat and positive thinking — no matter the situation. We are tasteful in our jokes and understanding that like any great comedian will tell you — timing is everything.

Group 7494.png
  • Our empathy allows us to use laughter to help lighten the mood, but also know when it’s time to be serious. Our design, copy and concepts are injected with our playful personalities and we reject the mundane, stale and boring. We are committed to enjoying the ride as the destination is never a guarantee. This playful attitude permeates our client relationships, our interactions with our team members and how we approach our day-to-day work. In the end, life is too short to not enjoy what we do and laugh a lot on our path to success!

ANTI-VALUES: No sense of humor, can’t take a joke, does not laugh, negative, does not like to have fun, too serious, mean spirited, lacks empathy

Efficient

“Smarter not Harder”

Two lumberjacks are in the woods cutting down trees. They’ve been at it since the early morning dawn hours. The two-person hand saw they were using cut through the first trees like a warm knife through butter. “This work was easy” they thought! As they made their way through the field, they used the same saw and technique to cut through every tree.

Group 7472.png
  • At first they didn’t notice anything was different, but by the early afternoon under the beating sun, they realized that what used to take them mere seconds to fell a tree was now taking them over an hour — and they were exhausted!

They pushed on, rationalizing their inefficiencies and exhaustion and came to the conclusion that they simply needed to work harder. So they did. They furiously sawed away tree after tree, with each one becoming increasingly more difficult and taking more time to chop down than the last. They couldn’t understand why this was happening because they were working so hard — in fact harder than they ever worked before! Finally, while attempting to cut through one of the last trees of the day, their saw just stopped in the middle of the trunk and no matter how hard they sawed back and forth, no progress was made.

Finally, one of the lumberjacks turned to the other and said – I can’t take it anymore, I’m exhausted and no matter how hard we saw, we’re not making any progress. I’m done. Just then, out of the forest came a woman who saw these two exhausted men sitting dejected by the tree with the saw stuck in the middle of the trunk. She asked them what the issue was — to which they replied “We started the day full of energy, cutting down trees at a record pace and with ease! Now, we can’t even get through this one tree and we both have nothing left to give…” She took a look at the men, then looked at the saw in the tree, then back to the men and asked “Did you ever consider sharpening the blade on your saw after every couple trees?” To which the men replied “no we did not, we were under a deadline and didn’t have time to stop and sharpen the saw…” And it was at that point that both men came to the realization that if they had taken the time to sharpen their saw throughout the day, that they would have been more efficient in their work, would have cut more trees with less effort and would have been home with their families by now…

At Stealth, we take the time to regularly stop and sharpen our proverbial saws in all that we do!

ANTI-VALUES: Unorganized, shoots from the hip, non-planner, spontaneous worker, un-focused, unreliable, challenges authority, procrastinator, big ego, scattered, irresponsible, dependent, complacent, lazy, follower, complainer, status-quo-er
