management. Most recently at Retention Science, I worked with early-stage to post-finance

Strategic marketer with a background in digital marketing, product launches, content creation,

Evan Padgett
General Manager and Partner
Evan Padgett is a tenured ecommerce & subscription commerce executive with over 15 years of
experience. At the age of 20, he started his internet career as a analyst at Intermix Media, the
parent company that spun out MySpace.com that was purchased by NewsCorp a few years after
launching. After his stint at Intermix, Evan joined Intelligent Beauty as employee number 8,
where he managed analytics and funnel optimization for incubated brands such as IQ Derma and
Sensa. As that business grew, so did the scope of Evan’s responsibilities and the processes
needed to support an enterprise that quickly reached over $300M in annual revenue. While at
Intelligent Beauty, Evan became the VP of Analytics and Business Intelligence for the in-house
incubated company JustFab, a women’s subscription shoe delivery company where he also oversaw
the Customer Service operations that grew from 35 people domestically to over 600 people both on
and offshore. Steadily rising in the ranks, Evan grew into the SVP at JustFab, managing
Analytics, Member Service, and Customer Acquisition / Media for all in-house properties. In
early 2015, JustFab acquired competitor ShoeDazzle and Evan was promoted to be the General
Manager of both properties, with full P&L responsibility of $250MM in annual e-commerce revenue
and a team of over 90 people and 8 VP+ Executives reporting underneath him. After 10 years with
JustFab, Evan was recruited by and joined another rocketship subscription commerce company
called ThriveMarket.com as their CMO in charge of all things digital, growth and acquisition
with over $100M in revenue being generated. Evan brings a deep analytical understanding to
digital marketing strategies, methodologies and execution tactics that has helped over 6
different brands eclipse $100M in annual revenue.
